Therapy should be designed to address the specific findings and symptoms of an individual. This means that the treating facility needs an array of diagnostic and therapeutic options that address ALL of the potential findings. Balance, headache, visual disturbance, nystagmus, abnormal extraocular muscle function, cognition, and mood alterations ALL need to be able to be assessed and addressed.
